I’ve been walking with the language of the body since before I had words for it.

As a Naturopathic Doctor and Medical Intuitive, I’ve spent years listening not just to symptoms—but to the soul beneath them. My patients come with digestive issues, anxiety, autoimmune patterns, and burnout. But underneath it all, there is always a message.

A memory.

A moment of disconnection from self, spirit, or source.

Through this work, I’ve learned to listen for what’s been lost—and to help others reclaim it. Not by fixing. But by witnessing. By honoring. By tending to the sacred conversation between body and being.

This isn’t just clinical work—it’s ceremony.

It’s remembering that health is a relationship.
That your cells are conscious.
That your body is a community with its own wisdom, waiting to be heard.
